Our Story

Hello sweet lovers! Thank you for your interest in my sweet dessert shop. Im Joela, the the owner and CEO of Mommys Touch by Joela LLC, Sweets & Treats. Allow me to introduce myself. I'm a self taught treat maker, cake designer and event decorator!

I offer many services including custom designing party treats to accommodate any occasion and or theme. Treat table set up, ballon decor, event design, party rentals and more! I've been in business for about 5yrs creating your favorite party sweets with a twist of creativity and a touch of a mothers love. I adopted the name Mommys Touch by Joela when I realized how much my boys and husband enjoyed the delicious sweets I made for desserts at home. I remember sending small bags of pecan candy to my boys schools to their teachers as gifts, and them asking "do I sell it" obviously I hadn’t thought of that at the time but i definitely gave it some thought and here i am today my very own dessert shop!

As I continue to grow, Im constantly learning daily and seeking new ventures to help elevate my businesses to the next level.
